easy focaccia bread
Easy,fast and cheap! Really good with roasted peppers,made into a sandwich or as is.

1 tsp sugar
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
rosemary
oregano
ground pepper
sea salt

In a small bowl dissolve sugar in warm water,Add yeast and let stand for 10 min.
In a large bowl,combine flour with 1/4 tsp salt and yeast mixture.If additional water is needed add 1 tbsp at a time ,until all flour is absorbed.
When dough is pulled together ,pour out on a floured surface and knead for a minute .
Lightly oil another large bowl,place dough in ,coating the top lightly with oil.Cover with a warm damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size.Appox 30 min.
Pre heat oven to 400
Deflate the dough,roll out on a floured surface,Place on a baking sheet.Create dimples on the top of rolled dough using your fingers.Then drizzle with oil and sprinkle with desired amounts of seasoning.Bake for 15-25 min or up to 30 for a crunchy crust.
