Easy Cheese Pizza - made with FOUR cheeses: brie, gruyere, asiago, and ricotta!

Dough:
1 pound pizza dough (you can find my homemade version below)
Sauce*:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (small) yellow onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 and ½ teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ - 1 tablespoon salt, more or less to taste
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Cheese/Toppings:
¼ cup ricotta
¼ small wheel Brie, thinly sliced
¼ cup Gruyere, grated
¼ cup shredded Asiago
Fresh basil, minced
