Fried battered apple rings are simple yet mouth-watering treat! Apple slices dipped in batter, deep-fried & coated in cinnamon sugar!

60g (2.1oz) Plain Flour
3 Tablespoons Milk
2 Large Apples
1 Teaspoon Rum
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Caster Sugar/Vanilla Flavored Sugar
300ml (10.1fl oz) Vegetable/ Sunflower Oil for frying
¼ cup Caster Sugar or Icing Sugar
