It doesn't get much better than fresh baked dinner rolls. . .unless you brush them with fresh garlic butter and parsley!

2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1 pkg (2 1/4 tsp) Platinum Red Star Yeast or Instant Dry Yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 C water, warmed to 120-130 degrees F
