Easy Homemade Hamburger Buns

Once you try these soft delicious hamburger buns, you won't be able to go back to store-bought. You can also use the recipe to make hot dog buns.

3/4 cup hot water
2 Tbsp oil (I used canola)
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast (I used SAF)
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 3/4- 3 cups flour
