1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
3 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garam masala
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
