Easy old fashioned goulash is an easy, healthy weeknight dish that’s sure to please your family and get you in and out of the kitchen quickly!

1 tsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (whatever color you have on hand)
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
