Simple peach cobbler recipe that doesn't cut out flavor and comfort .!

1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup butter
2 large eggs
3 15.25oz cans of peaches cut into 1 in pieces
8oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
optional:
a bit of flour
1/3 cup old fashion oats
1/3 cup butter

Pre heat oven to 350
mix cake mix butter and 1 egg in large bowl until a crumbly texture
save 1/2 cup of mixture for topping set aside.
using your fingers press the cake mixture on bottom of a 11x11 cake pan
bake for 10 min
while that bakes :sprinkle peaches with a bit of flour and set aside
mix in a medium bowl cream cheese 1 egg sugar and vanilla until creamy
take pan out of oven and pour peaches on top then the cream cheese mixture on top of peaches .
now for the 1/2 cup of topping...if you would like add about 1/3 cup of old fashioned oats into the 1/2 cup of topping and sprinkle on top .
bake for 30 min and let cool . serve with cool whip or vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy
