These pumpkin muffins are easy to make and great year round.

For the muffins:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup butter
Optional:
Pumpkin seeds
Pinch of salt
