Salad:
3 large tomatoes
1 large English cucumber
1/2 small red onion
1 large green bell pepper
1 cup kalamata olives
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salad Dressing:
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp Dijon mustard
