Tomatoes and cucumbers are sliced??, onion cut into strips and peppers into rings. Mix together with the olives and mixed in a bowl.
The cheese is cut into cubes of about 1 cm size, add to salad and mix again.
Make a dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.
The salad is served with dressing and fields sprinkled with chopped parsley.
