Easy Sesame Chicken over Rice

1 pound chicken breasts, diced into 1 inch pieces

2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 green onion, sliced thin for garnish
Place oils in a skillet over medium heat until they run quickly on the pan. Dredge chicken in flour and place in hot pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Mix sugar and soy sauce.
