For many years this was one of those recipes that I made when I needed an easy meal that I knew would please everyone. I would cook up the ingredients then place it in a crock pot and turn it on low. When my kids were younger, it seemed I lived in my car as a chauffeur running my kids to all their after school activities. (I really do miss those days), but with that kind of busy schedule, it was nice to have dinner ready and waiting when we got home! -Robin
8
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion grated
1 can chicken gumbo soup (10 3/4 oz)
1/2 cup ketchup
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper
1 dash of Worcestershire Sauce
8 Hamburger Buns
(If you are trying to cook healthier, you could use ground turkey and wheat buns)
For the less healthy version, throw some potato chips on top of the meat. It gives it some crunch!

Brown ground beef with onion, add remaining ingredients. Simmer on stove on low, or place into a crock pot and turn on low for an hour. Serve on buns and keep a napkin close!
