4 Medium Russet potatoes (cut into thin slices)
1 (10.75 ounces) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 Cups milk
8-10 slices of bacon ( sliced in 1/2 inch strips)
8 Chicken breast tenderloins
4 ounces of shredded cheese ( I used shredded Monterey jack cheese)
Salt and Pepper

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
