Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
3-4 Green or Red bell peppers
1-2 Links (8 ounces each) Sausage
1 Medium white onion, chopped
2 garlic wedges, minced
1 Cup brown rice, or white rice
1 Cup Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
