Easy Taco Soup in the Ninja

This is a quick and easy Taco Soup. It's a crowd pleaser each and every time!

1.5 pound stew meat, browned
1 small onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pkg Taco Seasoning mix
2 can drained beans, 15 oz, of your choice. (I used Pinto beans and Red Kidney Beans)
1 can corn, drained
1 can plain diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chopped green chiles, drained
1 pkg dry Ranch salad dressing
water to cover

water to cover
1. In the Ninja, brown the stew meat. Brown with onions & garlic. Drain any grease.
2. Add all other ingredients. Stir. Add enough water to barely cover.
3. Cook on stovetop medium until boiling and heated through.
4. Optional: top with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, etc.
