Easy Tortilla Pizza

Pizza made cheap, quick, and easy. Great for kid and adults, or college students.

2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
pepperoni or ground sausage
2 medium flour tortillas
chopped vegetables (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. If using sausage, cook in skillet. Put tortillas on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Scoop 1 tbsp of sauce on each tortilla, spread evenly leaving 1/2 inch of dry tortilla on outer edges. Evenly add pepperoni or sausage on top of the sauce, then add the vegetables (optional). Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheese on each tortilla. Pop the pizzas in the oven for about 10 minutes (edges will be lightly golden). Let cool for about 5 minutes, slice with pizza cutter, and enjoy. Serves 4 if each has a half pizza.
