Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Pockets perfect for a quick weeknight meal and can be customized any way you like!

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/3 cup red pepper, julienned
1/3 cup green pepper, julienned
1/4 cup diced red onion
Homemade Marinara Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil

28 oz. fire roasted crushed tomatoes
