This classic recipe always tastes great! Make it in advance and use the salad in your lunch throughout the week -- it's a nice change from PB&J or turkey!

6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons chopped celery
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
4 pita pockets
Lettuce and tomato, for serving
