A delicious (and healthier) twist to traditional eggs benedict!

2 English muffins
4 eggs
1 tomato sliced into 4 thin pieces
4 slices of bacon, cooked
8-12 fresh asparagus spears
For the Hollandaise Sauce
4 Tbsp butter
4 egg yolks
1- 2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
