Waffles don't have to have fancy syrups or expensive toppings to be special and yummy! So don't be intimidated - waffles really are easy. Everyday waffles with fruit or jam are really good. Those are my perfect Everyday Waffles.

2 tablespoons sugar
5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
