Fajita Marinade

3 limes, juiced
3 cloves garlic
3 T chopped fresh cilantro
2 T vegetable oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Combine lime juice, garlic, cilantro, oil and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well blended. Use to cover any meat you want to use for fajitas. Marinate for 12-24 hours.
