Favorite Potato Salad

Quick and easy potato salad that my family loves

10 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into large bite size pieces
1 tsp. salt
4 lg eggs, boiled
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard
3 stalks green onions, diced
1/4 - 1/3 cup dill pickles, diced
Season all
Salt and pepper to taste
Place peeled and diced potatoes in pot and cover with water. Add salt and let boil until tender. Put eggs into a small pot with water and cook for 20 minutes While potatoes and eggs are boiling. Mix together in med bowl all other ingredients. When potatoes are done, drain and rinse cold water over them. Add to the miracle whip mixture and blend well. Cool cooked eggs by running cold water on them. Peel and dice then add to potato mixture. You can add more seasoning to taste or sprinkle season all on top Let set in fridge until ready to serve. I usually like to make this the day before and let set over night in the fridge so the flavors blend better.
