These are amazeballs! Everyone asks for this recipe. It is a perfect side to pastas or salads. Great foe dinner OR breakfast! Perfect for the holidays as the colors are vibrant. I make a batch and freeze them and the are STILL great!

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 large roasted bell peppers, chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
