Feta Cheese Olive Dip

An easy appetizer recipe that offers unique flavors that can't be beat.

10 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
1 ounce of onion diced fine
5 ounces green olives (stuffed with pimento)
3 ounces of Roma Tomatoes diced fine
2 ounce black olives diced fine
2 tablespoons green olive juice (from the olive jar)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a serving bowl place the feta cheese and the olive juice and stir vigorously for about 20 seconds with a mixing spoon. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir together before placing covered in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before serving with chips, crackers or fresh bread. This recipe goes great with adult beverages such as wine or beer.
