ingredients :
300 g flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp of milk powder
150 ml of water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Material contents :
200g minced chicken
5 pieces of button mushrooms , roughly chopped
1 clove garlic , finely chopped
1/2 onion , finely chopped
1/2 leek, thinly sliced
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
50 ml broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch , dissolved in a little water
oil for sauteing

How to make :
1 . Contents : Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until fragrant . Enter the minced chicken and button mushrooms , stir . Pour in the stock , bring to a boil . Season with oyster sauce , soy sauce , and pepper . Cook until all ingredients cooked . Add leeks , Thicken with cornstarch dissolve . Remove and set aside.
2 . Mix the flour , yeast, sugar , and milk powder . Stir well .
3 . Add water little by little while diuleni until smooth .
4 . Add vegetable oil and salt , knead until elastic back .
5 . Cover with a damp cloth , let sit for 45 minutes until fluffy .
6 . Divide the dough into 12 parts , round shape , let stand for 10 minutes .
7 . Take one piece of dough , flatten , give the contents , or to taste spherical shape , line it with baking paper .
8 . Repeat step No. 7 to the dough and fill out.
9 . Let stand for about 15 minutes until fluffy .
10 . Heat the steamer , steam for about 10 minutes until cooked .
11 . Remove and serve warm .
