FISH KEBABS/CUTLET

Fish kebabs is very simple and an easy recipe to make. It can be prepared as a starter for patties.

4 fish fillets
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp Salt
4 Chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp Grated ginger
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp chopped green chili
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
3 tbsp. Gram flour
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp. Coriander leaves
5 tbsp. oil
1. Marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice and chopped garlic. Steam the fish for 5 minutes. 2. Remove from the steam and allow to cool. 3. Blend the fish in food processor until smooth and then transfer to the mixing bowl and set aside. 4. Roast the gram flour in microwave or on pan for 5 minutes. 5. Into the bowl with fish, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, grated ginger, coriander powder, garam masala, chopped green chili, chopped garlic, chopped coriander leaves and combine well and set in fridge for 20 minutes. 6. When your ready to cook wet your hands and shape the mixture into patties. 7. Heat the oil in skillet and fry the kebabs on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crisp on both the sides. 8. Once done transfer the kebabs to serving plate and enjoy with lunch or as a starter.
