Fish Spring Rolls

1 whole boneless Smoke milk fish or any fish you want be sure to cook it first to flake.
2 red onions chopped
1 egg
1 medium carrot chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
Spring roll wrappers
Pepper and salt to taste
Flake the fish. Place in the large bowl and put in all the ingredients egg, carrots, celery, onions and mix e together. Place about 2 table spoon of mixture at the spring roll wrapper and roll seal ends. Deep fry until the wrapper become golden brown .
