Tender and flaky pie crust that takes any pie recipe over the top!

~Single Crust~
1? c. sifted flour
½ tsp. salt
½ c. shortening
2 to 3 Tbsp. water

~Double Crust~
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
¾ c. shortening
3 to 4 Tbsp. water
In mixing bowl the combine flour and salt. Cut in the shortening with a pastry blender or two butter knives until the mixture is course. Sprinkle with water, a tablespoon or less at a time and toss lightly...
