Fluffy Buttercream Frosting

This is so delicious. Definitely one of the best homemade frostings I have ever tried.

3 /4 cup sugar
1/8 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 sticks of butter soft

Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, and sugar together in a bowl. Wisk in the milk. Then put it in a pot over medium heat for about 5- 7 minutes until thickened. Then put it in a bowl and let it cool completely. Once cooled add vanilla and mix with a mixer for about 1 minute. Then add the butter a little at a time and mix on high until fluffy about 5 minutes.
