1 tbsp instant coffee (decaf optional)
3/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
2 1/2 cup organic all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 organic eggs
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
16 oz sour cream
1/2 vinegar
1 cup olive oil
