FLUFFY WAFFLES

These waffles are my families favorite. They are so fluffy and delicious!!! They are healthy and low in calories.

1/2 cup liquid eggs
1 3/4 cup milk (I used 1%)
1/2 cup yogurt (I used banana by great value or use whatever flavor you want. It gives it a great taste).
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Splenda
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1. In a large bowl beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in milk, yogurt, and vanilla. 2. In a smaller bowl mix both flours, splenda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. 3. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. 4. My waffle maker is a 6x6. I used 1/2 cup of the mixture in the waffle maker. It makes 8-10 waffles. 5. Once they are all cooked, add any toppings that you want. Enjoy!!!!
