1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (to mix into the dough)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (to drizzle into holes in dough)

1 red onion (thinly sliced)

8 Basil leaves, sliced
