1 packet active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (to mix into the dough)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (to drizzle into holes in dough)
topping
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
4 cocktail tomatoes
8 Basil leaves, sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 packet active dry yeast

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (to mix into the dough)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (to drizzle into holes in dough)

In a medium bowl, mix yeast, warm water and honey.
Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes until it forms bubbles on the top.
Add in the flour, salt and 1/4 cup of olive oil and stir until well...
