Foil Pack Baked Salmon with a Dill Sauce

Great recipe that goes from oven to outdoor grill to camping

2 salmon steaks (6-8 ounce each)
1/2 Medium yellow onion (sliced into rings)
1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
2 tablespoons butter (divided)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish (more if you like it hot)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees On a sheet of aluminum foil, place 2/3 of the onion rings. Lay the salmon steaks on top and season with salt and pepper. Place a dab of butter on the steaks. Cover the steaks...
