Forest Fruits Cheesecake with Raspberry Curd

I love cheesecakes, of any kind, that\\\'s why I make it really often. This time I went for a fresh one, creamy and colorful.

Raspberry Curd

- 300 g raspberries, frozen;
- 4 egg yolks;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- 1/2 cups of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;

Crust

- 150 g whole wheat crackers;
- 100 g butter, melted;
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;

Cheesecake

- 250 cream cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 ml heavy cream;
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 4-5 tablespoons of flour;
- 1/2 cups of forest fruits;
