Freezer Sausage and Vegetable Breakfast Bake

2 cups milk 1 cup heavy cream 6 large eggs 1 heaping teaspoon dry mustard powder 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon basil, chopped Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 loaf day-old French bread, cubed Olive oil 1 sweet onion, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced or chopped 1/2 head broccoli, chopped 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1 cup cheese, grated 1 tray of Daystarters breakfast sausage Cayenne pepper
