•1 small head green cabbage
•1 Fuji apple
•1/2 onion
•1 cup pecans cut lengthwise
•1 cup tart dried Montmorency Cherries
•5 medjool dates cut lengthwise and pitted
•(The dressing)
•2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
•1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
• 2 teaspoons maple syrup
•1 Fuji apple
