Fresh Herbed Potato Salad

Fresh is best and these red-skinned potatoes are simply dressed with a full-flavored sauce that includes fresh chives, dill, parsley, shallot and lemon.

16 small to medium-sized red-skinned potatoes
1/4 c. fresh chives, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 shallot, finely chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 t. smoked paprika
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. celery salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk (not low-fat)
