24 Green Tomatoes (med size)
6 White Onions
4 sweet Red Peppers
4 sweet Green Mangos
2 Bunches Green Onions
2 bunches of celery
3 1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mixed pickling spices
7 cups, white sugar
2 tbsp. Salt
2 tsp Fresh Dill
A) Grind first 5 ingredients and cover for 5 minutes with boiling water; drain. B) Boil vinegar, sugar, mixed pickling spices, salt & dill C) Add ground vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. D) Pour mixture into warmed bottles, Seal while still hot.
