Fresh Pico De Gallo

Fresh Tomatoes make this a light tasty snack or a great addition to many dishes.

2 Serrano Peppers
1/2 med red onion
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp fresh Garlic minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
a dash ground Ancho chili pepper
1 lime juiced
4 tomatoes
Finely chop all vegetables and add to a bowl. Make sure to remove seeds from tomatoes. Add Black pepper, Ancho Chili pepper and lime juice and gently mix. Enjoy with your favorite chips.
