Fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa

This is a sweet salsa with a bit of heat. Fresh and flavorful. the perfect summer day snack!

1 cup ripe mango, peeled, cored and diced small
2 cups pineapple, diced small
½ cup red onion, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Salt, to taste
Mix together all of the ingredients and season with salt. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. The salsa can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
