Watermelon is the best fruit for summer! It’s sweet, refreshing and most of all it contains mostly water (over 90%) which makes it a perfect way how to stay hydrated during the hot summer months.
Watermelon (600g o flesh)
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 -2 Teaspoons honey (optional)
Ice cubes, lemon slice & mint to garnish

Blend watermelon with lemon juice using a food processor or a hand blender.
Taste it. Add honey, if not sweet enough.
Pour in a glass, add a few ice cube and garnish with lemon slice and/or mint.
