Fried Banana with Rum Sauce

I use to make fried bananas for a very special person. Every time he would say thank you Susan, that was the best words he ever said to me. Today am sharing this recipe ,prepare it for that special person and wait because I know he will thank you for it

2Tsp unsalted butter
4Tspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup rum
3 ripe bananas
peel the banana cover, split it in two.in a flat plate put the brown sugar, press the bananas lightly on the brown sugar until it is covered in sugar. Put butter .in a frying pan, fry the brown sugar coated banana for four minutes turning it on both sides, add rum flame the alcohol. Lower the heat and let it cook for about three minutes, serve.
