12 Large slices of bacon or turkey bacon (cooked)
1 bunch romaine lettece (rinsed and dried)
2 Large spoonfuls of mayonnaise
4 Medium drops of Sriracha chili sauce (mixed into mayo and stir well)
1 Large egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
2/3 cups all purpose flour (divided)
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 Large firm green tomatoes (cut into 1/3 inch slices)
vegetable oil
