Fried Pickles w/ Spicy Ranch Dressing

Delicious fried pickles that goes great with this homemade spicy dressing

1 cup of flour
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp sugar
2 large eggs
Oil for frying
1/2 jar of dill pickles

Spicy Ranch
1/4 cup of bottled ranch dressing
1 teaspoon of hot sauce( More if you like really spicy)
Add oil to your deep fryer. Preheat to 375° In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, sugar, salt and garlic powder. In another shallow dish, mix together the eggs. Coat your pickles in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour. Coat them in the eggs and then back to the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour. Put in your deep fryer and fry until the pickles are golden brown and crunchy on both sides. ( I cooked for about one minute and then flipped them over for about another minute.) Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up the grease. Serve hot with spicy ranch dressing.
