A yummy concoction of goodness. Trust me, you're going to wish it didn't taste so good.

1 pound of ground beef
½ medium onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans ranch style beans
1-14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1-4 oz can fire roasted chopped green chilies
1 can of olives, chopped
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded cheese, your choice
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
4 cups hot cooked white rice
Family size bag of Fritos
Optional: salsa
½ medium onion, diced

Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans ranch style beans
1-14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1-4 oz can fire roasted chopped green chilies
1 can of olives, chopped
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded cheese, your choice
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
4 cups hot cooked white rice
Family size bag of Fritos
Optional: salsa
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Once almost done add onions, garlic, and salt and pepper, sauté for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add ingredients from beans to green chilies. Cook until heated, stirring occasionally.
3. Once everything is prepared, pile food onto plate/into bowl in this order:
a. Fritos (a small handful, just enough to give it some crunch)
b. Rice
c. Beef Mixture
d. Cheese
e. Lettuce
f. Olives
g. Coconut
h. Pecans
i. Optional: salsa
NOTE: Everything after beef mixture is optional. It is alright to add or subtract add-ons according to your liking.
