Frozen Coconut Chai Latte

1 tea bag of your favorite chai tea (steeped in 1 cup of boiling water to your desired strength)
2/3 cup crushed ice
2/3 cup Silk Coconutmilk
sweetener of your choice, if desired
1/2 cup of coconut whipped cream (recipe link below)
1/4-1/2 cup of toasted coconut (recipe is below)

For the coconut whipped cream

One 15oz can of lite coconut milk
1-2 tbsp of sugar, more or less to taste
