Looking for a light, refreshing, no-bake dessert? This frozen pineapple torte has vanilla wafer crumbs that surround a lightly sweetened, creamy custard filling.

3 eggs ( separated )
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
1½ cups DOLE Crushed Pineapple in 100% juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
