Frozen S’mores with Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream

Frozen s’mores with toasted marshmallow ice cream really takes the campfire classic to the next level! **You will definitely need to make the ice cream ahead of time for this. You need to toast the marshmallows before we make the ice cream base. I did this by using my grill, stacking the marshmallows on the end of a two tonged fork and getting them nicely charred. When they are done, you are ready to make the ice cream!**

For the ice cream:
1½ Cup Half & Half
½ Cup Heavy Cream
4 each Egg Yolks
½ Cup Sugar
1/16 tsp Salt
½ Tbls Vanilla Extract
12 each Marshmallows, large size
For the magic shell:
6 oz Chocolate Chips, semi-sweet
6 Tbls Butter, unsalted
