1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 1/2 teaspoons orange extract
